To place an order by phone, have your credit card ready, phone Monday thru Friday from 9am - 5pm (Pacific Standard Time). If you have an order you want to place during any other hours, call and leave a message. If you call and leave the card number, the four digit expiration date (month & year) and Visa, Master Card or American Express with your order, we will call back and confirm the order during normal business hours. Order By Mail: Send us a detailed description of your order with how you want to pay for the order. Charge By Fax: Same as Charge By Phone except, we ask you not to send the credit card information over the fax line, please call and leave that information on our 800 number.
