Registration System's Instructions Micro Perfect's for Bars and Corner Attachments for the Screen Frames Page 4A Roller Frames Instructions The secret of any of any good screen printer is registration. The rest is manual labor. The picture contained a fairly good drawing of a roller frame with Micro Perfect's corners and attachments. 1. Lay Roller Frame, Print side down. 2. Take a new Micro Perfect Corner (Figures 1 & 2) and bolt to the Frame Roller (B) with Roller Bolts (C) & (D) as shown in diagram. 3. With Bolts (E) & (F), attach Roller Bar Assembly to both (A) Rollers. 4. Put Mesh on to desired tension. 5. Place Micro Bar (G) with Registration Holes (7) down. Slide Left Side onto both Pins of Corner (1). Take Hex Bolts (4) & (5) and snug tight with 3/16 Allen Wrench. 6. You are now ready for perfect registration. Go ahead and register your artwork according to Micro Perfect's Instructions. Enjoy your Micro Perfect Experience!
