Wood or Aluminum Frames

Instructions

These bars can go on any side of the screen frames. We know of some screen printers that put two bars on large screens and burn two images. This set of instructions is for normal attachment.

1. Place one 7" Micro Bar onto a shirt board (pallet), the two registration pin holes should be seated onto the pins of the shirt board, then make sure the other three holes are facing the press. The secret of insuring perfect fit is to do it on a level surface.

2. Place the frame of the screen against the 7" Micro Bar, locate and mark the center of the frame.

3. While keeping the center mark lined up with the center hole, use a 5/32 drill bit (provided in kits) to drill the center hole.

4. Take one of the three (3) #10X1 sheet metal screws and, with a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the center screw to the frame.

5. Repeat this process on the left and right holes. Drill and tighten each screw one at a time.

You are now ready to register your artwork.
